About the role
As Clinical Care Practitioner, you will join our friendly bank team to proactively support the Nursing staff in managing the day-to-day running of our care provision, ensuring the delivery of the highest level of person-centred care and support to residents and their families and friends.
You will be a highly experienced carer holding Level 3 H&SC, with a genuine passion for people and the desire to ensure that those we care for can live their best lives by being dedicated, thoughtful and reliable. This role is a mix of hands-on care and supervisory responsibilities, so you’ll need to feel comfortable juggling tasks while always keeping our residents’ happiness and wellbeing at the heart of what you do.
