At Vertu Toyota Glasgow, we are looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor to join our successful and established aftersales team.

About the Role

As a Service Advisor, you will be the main point of contact for our customers throughout their vehicle service or repair journey. More than simply arranging appointments, you'll build trusted relationships, provide expert guidance, and ensure every customer receives exceptional service from start to finish.

Working closely with both customers and our workshop team, you'll manage expectations, provide regular updates, identify additional service opportunities, and ensure every customer drives away satisfied with the experience they've received.

Key responsibilities include:

• Welcoming customers and understanding their service requirements
• Managing customer expectations throughout the vehicle repair or servicing process
• Liaising with technicians and the workshop team to provide accurate updates
• Identifying and recommending additional products and services where appropriate
• Ensuring all customer queries are handled professionally and efficiently
• Following up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction

About You

We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

To be successful, you'll have:

• Previous customer-facing experience, ideally within a service-led environment
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities
• The ability to work effectively under pressure while meeting deadlines
• A positive, proactive approach and a genuine desire to help customers

Previous Service Advisor experience within the motor industry would be advantageous, but is not essential. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
