The Role

As a Sales Executive, you'll play a key role in helping customers find their perfect vehicle while delivering an outstanding buying experience from beginning to end.

You'll build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, present exciting vehicle options, and guide them through every stage of the purchasing journey. From first enquiry to vehicle handover, your ability to create memorable customer experiences will directly contribute to your success and earnings.

Whether you're helping a customer drive away in their dream BMW or introducing them to the latest technology and finance solutions, every day brings new opportunities to achieve and exceed your goals.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

• A minimum of 12 months' experience as an Automotive Sales Executive
• A proven track record of delivering excellent customer service
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A motivated and target-driven approach
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Flexibility to work weekends as part of a rota
• A full UK driving licence (manual and automatic)
