We are offering a basic salary of £30,000 and an OTE up to £36,500, together with an excellent range of company benefits and genuine opportunities for career progression.

About the Role

As a Service Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in creating an outstanding customer experience. More than simply arranging vehicle servicing and repairs, you'll be responsible for building lasting relationships with our customers, providing expert guidance, and ensuring every interaction reflects the exceptional standards associated with the Ferrari brand.

Acting as the key link between our customers and our workshop team, you will:

• Welcome customers and manage their service and repair requirements from start to finish.
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair journey, setting clear expectations and providing timely updates.
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional products and services that enhance the customer experience.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive follow-up and a commitment to delivering first-class service.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A minimum of 2 years experience in a Service Advisor position within the automotive industry.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with a wide range of customers.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive and professional approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

Prestige or luxury automotive experience would be advantageous, however it is not essential. We are keen to hear from talented Service Advisors from all automotive backgrounds who can demonstrate a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
