With over 40 Reliability Engineers across the UK, we help customers improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime through vibration analysis, thermography, lubrication management, ultrasound inspections, laser alignment and in-situ fan balancing.
What will you be doing?
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Reliability Technician to join our Asset Reliability team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a mechanical engineering or maintenance background who wants to build a career in reliability engineering and condition monitoring.
Previous condition monitoring experience is advantageous but not essential. Full training will be provided, including support towards industry-recognised condition monitoring qualifications such as Vibration Analysis Level 1 (VA1) and Vibration Analysis Level 2 (VA2).
You'll collect condition monitoring data while developing analysis and diagnostic skills through structured training, with a clear pathway to becoming a qualified Reliability Engineer. You'll gain experience working on a wide range of industrial rotating equipment, including motors, pumps, fans, blowers, gearboxes, compressors, conveyors, crushers, screens and other critical process plant machinery.
For this role you will need to be located in the North East, covering Durham, Newcastle, Teesside and South Scotland areas.
This is a hybrid role, combining customer site visits with home-based data analysis, reporting and route management activities, helping you develop both practical and analytical reliability engineering skills.
