CCTV Drainage Engineer

Contract: Full Time – Permanent
Hours: Monday – Friday with overtime opportunities available

We’re looking for an experienced CCTV Drainage Engineer to join our growing Midlands team!

Working from one of our specialist CCTV survey vehicles, you’ll play an important role in helping our clients identify and resolve drainage issues. You’ll survey drainage systems, analyse pipe conditions and produce accurate reports whilst delivery high-quality work and maintaining the highest standards of safety.

What you’ll be doing
As an CCTV Drainage Engineer, you’ll be responsible for:

• Taking responsibility for all site activity and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently in conjunction with the Project Manager
• Carrying out CCTV surveys of drainage systems and assessing their condition
• Produce clear and accurate reports and recommendations for customers
• Supporting jetting and drainage maintenance activity when required
• Ensuring compliance of all site staff with regards to H&S, Quality & Environment
• Reporting incidents, defects and observations appropriately, and resolving any problems before they escalate
• Building solid relationships and communication with clients and colleagues

We operate a 24/7 service, so you will need to be flexible with early starts, weekend working and out of hours working across the UK.

What we’re looking for:
Ideally, you’ll bring previous experience in a similar role, a safety-focused approach to work as well as:

• Strong working knowledge of CCTV surveying and drainage operations
• OS19X / MSCC5 certification
• Confined Space & Street Works certifications
• Experience within drainage, utilities or wastewater industry
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Ability to lead site activities and maintain high standards of safety, quality and performance
