Now, we’re happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as an Investment Sales Negotiator and Coordinator. This is a full-time, permanent position located on Wavertree Business Village in Liverpool.

This is a specialist property sales position focused on residential investment stock rather than new-build developments or off-plan sales. The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and commercially minded, with a genuine passion for delivering a first-class customer experience. 

Let’s talk about the role. It involves:

• Actively manage property transactions from offer acceptance through to exchange and completion.
• Liaise regularly with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage brokers, and surveyors to resolve bottlenecks and ensure smooth, timely completions.
• Maintain complete accuracy in transaction CRM records and pipeline reporting.
• Build trust and long-term relationships with active property investors to drive repeat business.
• Qualify investor buyers, understand their portfolio requirements, and match them with suitable stock.
• Coordinate and book viewings (taking into account tenant schedules where applicable).
• Lead the onboarding process for newly instructed properties, collecting necessary compliance documentation, property details, and tenancy information.
• Onboard new investor clients, ensuring full compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations.
• Maintain clean, organized property marketing files and available stock listings.

We’re looking for individuals with qualities such as:

• Has experience in property management or property auctions.
• Understands property investment and the needs of landlords.
• Thrives in a target-driven, phone-heavy environment.
• Someone who is proactive, resilient, and commercially minded.
• Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to their own vehicle for business use.
