• 💰 Salary: £28,500 per annum
• ⏱️ Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7, 9am until 5:30pm.

About the Role:

Our Housekeeping Manager is a key support function in facilitating the operational requirements for our local Brand managed properties. Managing the day-to-day operation of the Housekeeping function. Leading and Managing our team of dedicated Housekeepers to ensure that guest experience is maximised at all times. Ensuring properties are presented and maintained to a high standard with regards to housekeeping and all related linens.

What You’ll Do

• ➡️ Participating in the day-to-day operation of the Brand Property services housekeeping function, ensuring our high standards are maintained to ensure our guest experience is delivered flawlessly.
• ➡️ Recruitment of our team of local Housekeepers, including training, coaching and continuous improvement. Responsible for the recruitment of any self-employed cleaners and checkers.
• ➡️ Ensuring our portfolio of properties are inspected in line with company timeframes and objectives and all Housekeepers are visiting the required number of properties per day.
• ➡️ Devising and Managing staff rota’s, including managing holiday requests and sickness, ensuring optimum staffing levels at all times.
• ➡️ Working closely with other departments in the business and suppliers to report any issues needing addressing, in a timely manner and following up to ensure any issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
• ➡️ Building essential rapport with our suppliers and cleaners, in order to feedback practically on any issues requiring improvement or correction.
• ➡️ Ensuring that cleanliness standards are maintained to the required level and addressing with suppliers where standards are not met and making suggestions for improvement.
• ➡️ Organise delivery of linen from laundry supplier, pack and label as appropriate for each property and arrange for delivery to properties as appropriate for each guest stay. Ensuring stock is appropriately accounted for, recording any shortfalls and rejects.
• ➡️ Control stock levels of welcome packs, pack as required for each guest stay and organise delivery to the properties.
• ➡️ Keep complete records of all materials and stock that go through the warehouse. 

• ➡️ Covering on-call out of hours assistance, on a rota basis, to our property owners and guests.
