Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa, Limerick is looking for an experienced and passionate Housekeeping Manager to lead our Accommodation team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation and guest comfort throughout the hotel.

As Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Housekeeping department, ensuring guest bedrooms and public areas consistently meet the high standards expected by our guests.

You will lead and develop your team, manage departmental performance and work closely with other departments to deliver an exceptional guest experience throughout the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the daily operation of the Housekeeping department.
• Ensure guest bedrooms, public areas and back-of-house areas are maintained to exceptional standards.
• Recruit, train, coach and develop Accommodation colleagues.
• Manage staffing levels, productivity and departmental performance.
• Monitor departmental costs, stock levels and inventory controls.
• Conduct regular quality inspections and ensure standards are maintained.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety and hygiene procedures.
• Work closely with Front Office, Maintenance and other departments to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Housekeeping or Accommodation Management role within hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing departmental budgets, costs and productivity.
• Hands-on leadership style with a passion for service excellence.
