What you'll be doing

As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in helping people live meaningful, independent, and fulfilling lives by:

• Supporting individuals with everyday routines and personal outcomes using the training and guidance provided.
• Encouraging people to enjoy hobbies, social activities, family visits, holidays, and experiences within their local community.
• Promoting independence, choice, dignity, and wellbeing every day.
• Accurately completing care records and documentation to ensure the highest standards of support.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues, families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies to provide exceptional person-centred care.

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a care or support setting with a genuine passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred support that enables people to live happy, fulfilling lives. You'll also have:

• A positive, proactive attitude and genuine passion for supporting others.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A strong understanding of safeguarding and your responsibilities in protecting vulnerable adults.
• Good judgement and the confidence to make informed decisions.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of health and safety.
• A desire to learn, develop, and be part of a supportive, forward-thinking team.
