The Last Exchange is a bold new concept from Individual Restaurants, inspired by the character and energy of London's historic markets. Combining exceptional British food, properly made drinks and genuine hospitality, we're creating a pub experience that celebrates quality, craftsmanship and great people.

We're looking for a Breakfast Server to join our opening team, working Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 12:00pm.

Whether it's serving the perfect morning coffee, delivering a great breakfast experience or giving our guests a warm welcome before they start their day, you'll play an important role in creating memorable experiences from the moment we open our doors.

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing friendly, professional and attentive service to all guests
• Creating a welcoming atmosphere during our breakfast service
• Taking food and drink orders accurately and confidently
• Serving breakfast dishes, coffees and beverages to the highest standard
• Ensuring tables and service areas are clean, organised and presentation-ready
• Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
• Maintaining excellent product knowledge and making recommendations to guests
• Always upholding our standards of hospitality and guest care
