Multi Skilled Civil Enforcement Officer

We're looking for professional, customer-focused individuals to help keep our streets safe, accessible, and well-managed. This is a varied role combining on-street parking and environmental enforcement with office-based notice processing, helping to deliver an excellent service to our local communities.

What you'll do:

• Patrol designated areas and enforce parking and environmental regulations

• Issue Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) in line with the Traffic Management Act 2004

• Respond to customer enquiries, challenges and parking-related calls

• Provide advice and guidance to members of the public on parking and environmental matters

• Report defects in parking signs, road markings and enforcement equipment

• Prepare statements and attend court when required

• Support the Notice Processing team and provide cover for colleagues when needed

• Use handheld technology and company equipment to carry out daily duties accurately

What we're looking for:

• Full UK driving licence (essential)

• GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations

• Confident using handheld devices and Microsoft Word

• Strong written skills to complete reports, notes and statements

• Good numeracy and literacy skills

• Knowledge of the Traffic Management Act 2004 and the PCN process (desirable)

• Knowledge of Littering from Vehicles legislation (desirable)

• Flexible, reliable and able to work independently and as part of a team

Working Hours:

• 40 hours per week

• Monday to Sunday (including Bank Holidays)

• Flexible shifts required
