This role is based at our beautiful, tranquil scheme located just on the outskirts of the rural town of Stokesley.
Here, the people we support live in their own private apartments, giving them independence and privacy, while sharing access to gardens that feature a dedicated sensory area immersed in nature. It is a peaceful, calming environment to both live and work in.
The Role: Support Worker
As a Support Worker with Compassionate Care Group Northeast, you will provide vital support, encouragement, and companionship to adults with complex care needs.
We believe that care should be far more than just a routine. We help the people in our care live fun-filled, active daily lives. In this role, you will accompany and support individuals with their favorite hobbies and activities, including:
Enjoying the peaceful sensory area and nature on-site
Swimming, bowling, and shopping
Meeting up with friends and visiting local pubs
Developing independent living skills within their apartments
This is a fast-paced, highly rewarding position. If you are reliable, empathetic, and able to think on your feet, you will thrive here. You will be directly enabling the people we support to remain comfortable, safe, and happy in their own homes while living their best lives.
Key Responsibilities
Promote Independence: Guide and empower the people we support to develop essential life skills and achieve their personal goals.
Community & Nature Connection: Arrange and participate in social activities, whether making the most of our shared gardens and sensory area or heading out into the local Stokesley community.
Medication Support: Assist with medication management in line with training and support plans.
Consistent Quality: Maintain high standards of care that respect the dignity of the people in our care and comply with current healthcare legislation.
The Ideal Candidate

Flexibility: A driving license and access to your own vehicle is a plus (especially given our beautiful rural location), though not essential.
